  As a member of First Class Lacrosse on Circle.so, you have the flexibility to manage your membership settings and preferences to tailor your experience within the community. Here's a guide on how you can effectively manage your membership:

• Circle Account Support

  Circle.so values their users and strive to provide the best support possible. If you encounter any issues or have questions related to your account, Circle’s support team is ready to assist you. Here are the various ways you can get in touch for account support:

Their dedicated support team works diligently to respond to all emails promptly. Please provide detailed information about the problem you're facing or the question you have to have them assist you efficiently.

  2. Live Chat: If you need immediate assistance, Circle’s live chat feature is available during business hours. Simply visit their website and look for the chat widget in the bottom right corner. Click on it to initiate a chat session with one of Circle’s support representatives. They'll be more than happy to help you with any account-related queries.

• Is this a paid resource?

  We have a free tier and a premium tier. The pricing table above outlines the levels of access and the benefits in each tier, for parents or coaches. The premium tier includes access to FCL Online, our first subscription drill library.

• Can I cancel my membership?

  Yes, you may cancel at any time. When your subscription is canceled, you will incur no future charges. You may cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. After canceling, you will retain access for the rest of your billing period. All sales are final.

• Are subscriptions recurring?

  After our free 7 day trial, subscriptions are paid on a recurring basis. The first payment will take place 7 days from the date of purchase, with recurring payments occurring in the same amount on the renewal dates of your subscription until you choose to cancel. All purchases are final. Subscriptions can be cancelled via your Circle account.

• How is the old "FCL Online" different from the FCL Online Community?

  FCL Online is our legacy online subscription platform with drills, videos, breakdowns and workouts. 

  FCL "Circle" Community is our new community platform that has live monthly webinars, discussion boards, recruiting resources, etc.

  We have created multiple tiers and price points in addition to our free content to offer something for everyone.

• Are there drills for players?

  Please email us once you subscribe to premium, to get access to our player based drills. This is included. Otherwise, everything else is available on circle for parents and players!

• Is there content on recruiting?

  Yes! And more will continue to be added. We have a monthly recruiting newsletter, videos on recruiting, tips from college coaches, and freshman & sophomore recruiting guides!
