We are in the thick of the season, and shooting (and shooting slumps) are always a hot topic!
Recently, we published an in-season shooting workout. First off, I think there is a huge element of players learning to be creative and explore their games on the field when they go to train. We cannot be players who are always "compliant" and have to be told everything to do. We must be able to think for ourself, and explore why or why not things do or don't work.
When you go out to the field, try a balance of varying up shots, moves you see players do, technique based drills and have fun !
