Best In Class Committed Women's

Best In Class is our vision of a valuable use of a high school athlete's time and energy. It’s a 2 day training and competition event aimed to maximize both of those objectives. FCL was built on development and the BIC Committed event continues that for athletes who are committed to a college program.

What to Expect

Selection Process

Our team will review applications, consider recommendations from college, club, HS and local coaches, and perform their own evaluations in order to select top candidates every BIC event. This continues with our Committed event as we have limited spots.

The Coaching

Our Best In Class staff will be training and coaching the teams. In 2025, we will have the likes of Abby Bosco, Phil Barnes, Meg Taylor, Katie Chrest Erbe and more in addition to Coach Class and Coach Dunn.

The Format

Best in Class brings together individual technique drills, small sided drills, live repetitions, situational environments, half field and full field scenarios, and in-game coaching points. We will have a playoff format for Day 2 amongst the 6 teams and will present MVP awards.

This will be our first Women's Only Committed event, giving these ladies their shine over 2 days. We will have training sessions, multiple games, panels and more.

Location

Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington, Delaware

Dates

December 6-7, 2026. The event will conclude no later than 4:30pm on December 7th with 830am check in December 6th.
