Our Mission
We were fortunate to have coaches who prioritized player development, and we are proud products of those environments.
Deemer started First Class Lacrosse in 2018. Matt Dunn, a high school teammate and co-captain on the 2012 Loyola Blakefield team that went 15-4, joined shortly after. Deemer won two national championships at Duke and went on to play professionally. Matt played at Maryland, won Team USA Gold, and still plays pro today.
At Duke and Maryland, we both started at the bottom of the depth chart. We weren't the biggest, fastest, or most talented guys in the room. What we had was a willingness to put in extra work after practice and sit through film with our coaches. Over four years, we turned into completely different players than the ones who showed up freshman year.
That's the experience we bring to your son, daughter, or team. We know what player development looks like because we lived it.
